You will be a key contributor to the team's day-to-day effectiveness, bringing strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset to a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative legal team and make a meaningful impact by keeping operations running smoothly and supporting high-quality work across the group.Responsibilities include:Managing complex calendars across multiple time zones; scheduling meetings with internal stakeholders and external partnersCoordinating virtual and in-person meetings, including preparing agendas, organizing materials, and capturing meeting notesSupporting document organization, formatting, proofreading, and version controlAssisting with preparation and routing of contracts, correspondence, and internal documentationMaintaining organized digital filing systems and shared team resourcesSupporting legal operations initiatives, including tracking projects and deadlinesUtilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, and workflow tools (e.g., Smartsheet) to improve efficiencyIdentifying opportunities for automation and process improvement to help the team work smarterAssisting with expense reporting, invoice processing, and other operational tasksServing as a proactive partner to attorneys - anticipating needs, following up on action items, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
