What You’ll Be Doing as a Client Service Representative: Meet with local drivers in person, assess their auto glass needs, and offer the right solutions for repairs and replacements Drive sales by providing excellent service, offering tailored solutions, and hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set for the Client Service Representatives Process orders quickly, schedule appointments, and ensure clients receive fast, efficient service while maintaining high standards Focus on building long-term client relationships by providing expert service and support, making sure every interaction is a positive one Stay up-to-date on promotions, industry trends, and insurance regulations so you can offer the best options to every client while driving sales opportunities Attend trainings with management, the sales team, and other Client Service Representatives to improve customer service, sales, and leadership skills, working towards management roles Identify clients' concerns and offer personalized solutions in a professional manner, ensuring all their needs are met What We’re Looking For in a Client Service Representative: Experience as a Client Service Representative, in sales, customer service, or a related field, is helpful but not required Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people Student-like mentality with the ability to apply feedback Able to work independently and as part of a team while achieving sales goals Flexibility to work evenings and weekends What we offer our Client Service Representatives: Ongoing training and support to ensure your success Clear path for growth Supportive team environment Join our sales team as a Client Service Representative and start a rewarding career with endless opportunities!
