CSC invites you to apply for our highly selective Fall 2024 IT/FinTech Internship, a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving fields of financial technology and sustainable real estate development. This internship offers a unique blend of IT and FinTech exposure, with a focus on sustainability. You’ll work on real-world projects that make a tangible impact, all while gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:CSA Certification: Complete our CSA Certification Course and provide a detailed review with technical improvement suggestions(ex. Performance Optimization, AI Software Recognition/Flow, User Interface Review)Research & Development: Undertake comprehensive research on the convergence of information technology, market trends, and sustainability. Design and implement an IT-driven solution for financial market analysis, specifically tailored to help with real estate development.Technical Support: Optimize the internship page and provide technical support for our main website, as well as our Servicing and Training Portals.Modeling & Analysis: Develop marketing and financial models, edit podcast videos for one of our courses in development, and conduct trend analysis to enhance SEO optimization and formulate effective site traffic strategies.Content Management: Collaborate with the website and digital marketing team, offering technical expertise in managing social media accounts and editing content.What We’re Looking For:Strong interest in IT, FinTech, and sustainability.Proven ability to conduct research and develop innovative technical solutions.Proficiency in video editing, website management, financial modeling, and technical marketing.Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.Preferably first or second-year undergraduate students from accredited universities in the U.S(high school applications are accepted as well on a case-by-case basis)
