Join our Team!What You Will DoOur Fintech Customer Success Reps / Area Sales Representatives are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with assigned area agents, including the day-to-day execution of FX investments, managing the ROI in order to achieve sales objectives and revenue goals in conjunction with the members in the field. Sales Account Managers/Area Sales Reps will also leverage other Intermex products and services to increase profits, agent transactions, and loyalty. This role is ideal for candidates who are success driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment with a diverse team. Candidates should possess experience in an outbound dialing phone based sales role and have good mathematical reasoning.Must be able to work evenings and weekends:This role requires a standard 5 day work week; however, your two days off can be either Saturdays -OR- Sundays, and either Tuesdays -OR- Wednesdays.We currently have the following shifts available: 10am to 7pm, or 12pm to 9pm1 day hybrid per week after 90 days depending on performanceWhat You BringProvide support and build strong relationships with current and new agentsMonitor and negotiate day-to-day foreign exchange (FX) rates, commissions and customer fees to increase volume transactionsPerform regular market analysis on competitors rates and pricingsFacilitate exchange rate changes as suggested and requested by agentsSupport agents with transactions and provide resolutions to maximize customer satisfactionPartner with Field and Internal sales teams to increase volume and transactional revenue streamsStrive to generate and increase transactions to maximize revenueWhat You Have2 or more years of sales or customer success experienceAnalytical and mathematical reasoning (We provide automated digital calculators to assist in sales decision making, but reps must interpret data at a high level)Bachelors or Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business or related fields (Preferred, not required)Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office softwareMust be bilingual English/Spanish (see careers page for other Portuguese and Creole roles)Our PerksWe promote from within and invest in you with internal programs, training, and initiatives to develop your skills and help you reach your goals.
