Software Developer (IDAM) [Full Performance] - $133K - $148K

Seeking a Software Developer to support and modernize enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Identity & Access Management (IdAM) systems. You'll work on legacy modernization and new secure systems in an Agile Scrum environment, developing cloud-based applications for mission-critical government networks.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend applications on AWS Build and enhance enterprise PKI and IdAM systems Design and develop REST APIs and system integrations Participate in Agile Scrum (3-week sprints, backlog grooming, planning) Write deployment and automation scripts for AWS EC2 and CloudFormation Collaborate with product owners, engineers, testers, and security teams Support production systems through an on-call rotation (~1 week every 3 months)Required SkillsActive TS/SCI with Polygraph BS degree + 3-5 years of software development experience Strong experience with:Java, Spring Boot, AWS Linux (CLI) Bash and Python scripting REST API development Git CloudFormation XML, JSON, YAML PostgreSQL/MySQL (SQL/PLSQL)Experience designing scalable, high-performance distributed systems Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsPreferred SkillsPKI expertise (digital certificates, Certificate Authorities, Registration Authorities, key management, cryptography, certificate revocation, trust models) Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins Python application development Elasticsearch/Kibana Microservices architecture Tokenization technologies Automated testing (Selenium, Katalon)Work EnvironmentCore hours: 9 AM-3 PM (flexible start/end times) Occasional evening/weekend work for deployments Collaborative Agile team with opportunities to work on new secure cloud-based systemsRCT Systems offers:Competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) Immediate 401k vesting Generous PTO and flexible schedules $500.00 annual technology allowance RCT Systems is committed and proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
