We are seeking an experienced independent cleaning contractor (preferably with a helper or small team) to handle short-term rental / Airbnb turnover cleanings in State College, PA. This opportunity is immediate and ongoing for a dependable contractor who understands time-sensitive turnovers and hotel-level standards. Responsibilities Complete full Airbnb turnover cleanings between guest stays Strip and remake beds to hotel standards Clean and reset kitchens and bathrooms Trash removal and light restocking Ensure the home is guest-ready before check-in times Turnovers are FLEXIBLE schedule-driven and require punctuality, consistency, and strong attention to detail. Requirements Must operate as an independent contractor / cleaning business Prior Airbnb, hotel, or professional turnover experience required Ability to work with a 2-person team when needed Reliable transportation Own cleaning equipment and supplies Professional communication and responsiveness Availability on short notice, including weekends during peak periods Compensation Paid per turnover Consistent work available for reliable contractors Prompt payment This Is Not an Employee Position This role is for an independent cleaning contractor, not a W-2 employee.
