Draftsperson

A Palm Beach Architecture firm specializing in high end residential and boutique commercial projects is seeking a qualified applicant. The Associate Architect position would require knowledge and experience in all phases of architectural drawings. Qualification Requirements-- Minimum 10 years of experience under licensed architect. - Exceptional Drafting knowledge and experience required. Must have extensive experience in all phases of architectural drawings. Proficiency and expertise in Construction Documents required for both new construction and remodels. - Knowledge and experience with presentation drawings, construction documents, knowledge of local code requirements, interior elevations and details required. - Auto Cad expertise required. - Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture required. Responsibilities- Able to work in a team environment or independently on specific task as assigned by Project Manager or Principal. Detail oriented, knowledgeable, and proficient in construction detailing for permit drawings. Good organization and time management skillsProficient in shop drawing review and consultant drawing coordination Able to review and interpret code and permit requirements into schematic design and through construction documents.
