About the RoleOperational right hand to the Principal across a portfolio of family office and private partnership activities spanning investment management across real estate, venture capital, and private equity, client stewardship, governance, and enterprise operations. You will be present in high-stakes meetings, trusted with sensitive information, and expected to function as an extension of the Principal's judgment and standards. This is not a traditional administrative role.---Responsibilities- Own and architect a complex, multi-entity calendar across competing priorities, stakeholders, and time zones. Resolve conflicts proactively.- Attend investment committee sessions, client engagements, advisor reviews, and leadership meetings — capturing detailed notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up commitments in real time. Distribute post-meeting summaries with clear ownership and deadlines.- Draft, edit, and manage all correspondence on behalf of the Principal. Screen and prioritize inbound communications. Maintain a tone consistent with an institutional, UHNW-facing brand.- Plan and execute end-to-end travel, event logistics, and client-facing engagements to the principal's standards.- Maintain digital filing systems with strict version control and confidentiality protocols. Manage expense reporting, invoices, and vendor coordination.- Track deliverables and open items across concurrent workstreams. Maintain CRM records, prospect documentation, and engagement cadences.- Handle highly sensitive financial, legal, and family information with absolute discretion. Enforce information boundaries between entities and stakeholders as directed.---Qualifications- Experienced in supporting a C-suite executive, preferably in financial services, private equity, or family office environments.- Proven ability to manage competing calendars, multiple entities, and high-stakes stakeholder relationships simultaneously.- Exceptional note-taker — able to synthesize complex, fast-moving discussions into clear, actionable summaries without prompting.- Polished written and verbal communication adaptable across formal investor correspondence and rapid internal coordination.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and project management tools.- Autonomous operator.
