Hotside Commercial Kitchen Repair Technician

We are looking for a Commercial Hotside Equipment Technicians to be apart of our great team. Technicians will need to have working knowledge of various commercial cooking and food prep equipment, as well as small refrigeration, ice machines and HVAC systems. Responsibility For Service Technician: Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform equipment repairs or replacements. Perform preventive maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance calls. Adhere to all Safety Policies and Guidelines Qualifications For Service Technician: Previous work experience in the commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, HVAC fields. Ability to read wiring diagrams. Problem solving skills. Clean driving record. Ability to work in a team environment. There's 100 reasons why something won't work, we need to person who is able to find the 1 way to get it done.
