Brief DescriptionThis role supports coating operations through daily process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, machine operation, preventive maintenance, and training of production operators.Technicians in this position show a developing aptitude for solving problems, preventing recurring issues, and contributing to continuous improvement within both the process and themselves.
