Carpenter/Laborer

THIS JOB REQUIRES EXPERIENCE (MUST BE SKILLED) Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various carpentry and labor tasks on residential projects. As a Carpenter/Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. Duties: - Assemble and install structures such as windows, doors, trim carpentry, and frames - Perform door hanging and repair tasks efficiently - Conduct various carpentry tasks including but not limited to plastering, roof work, concrete forming, stucco application, and construction painting - Assist with general labor duties as needed on construction sites - Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Skills: - Proficiency in Trim Carpentry and Frame Carpentry techniques - Experience in Maintenance Person tasks and general construction work - Knowledge of concrete forming and stucco application - Ability to work with various tools including saws, drills, planers, basic hand tools, plumbing tools, and electrical tools - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Join our team as a Carpenter/Laborer to showcase your carpentry skills and contribute to the success of our construction projects.
