If you want mentorship, reps, and receipts, keep reading.What you’ll do You will help the founders consistently ship:Proof-first posts and short thought pieces (clear claims, clear examples, clear next steps).AI-assisted micro-videos (including avatar-driven content) using our approved workflow.Repurposed assets across channels (post → thread → short → carousel), with clean organization.You will also build “agentic” marketing workflows:Define the workflow (intake → draft → review → publish → repurpose → archive).Implement it with current GenAI tooling (LLMs + automation + human review).Document it so the workflow can be reused by the team.What you’ll learn (what you get instead of pay) Weekly 1:1 teaching with Oscar Sanchez focused on:GenAI content production that respects truth, privacy, attribution, and limits.Agentic marketing flows: turning prompts + tools into repeatable pipelines (with humans-in-the-loop QA).How to write for an exec-safe + builder-friendly audience (no hype; proof first).How to package work into a portfolio employers can evaluate in 60 seconds.You’ll also get:Meaningful work (not busywork) and direct feedback.Access to our professional network, workshops, and collaborators.Strong references when you consistently ship and document outcomes.Note: Programs that teach similar “tool + portfolio + network” skills are often sold as paid cohorts. We take a small number of interns at a time because mentorship is 1:1.Role DescriptionThis part-time, FULLY REMOTE role is based in Greater Boston {2 hours a week}. As a GenAI + Agentic Marketing Intern focused on Founder Presence, you will support the development and execution of the founders' communication and personal branding strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in sales and marketing initiatives, managing founder-focused digital presence, and engaging with community members to build strong professional relationships.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with stakeholders.Expertise in Market Research to identify trends and insights, and analyze industry data.Proficiency in Sales and Marketing Strategy to support business growth initiatives and assist in content creation for impactful campaigns.Strong organizational and teamwork skills; ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.Experience with AI technologies, digital marketing tools, or professional networks is a plus.Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
