Think of us as the travel buddy who handles the logistics while you focus on what you do best helping people heal.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality critical care to ICU patients, including post-op CABG and transplant casesManage ventilated patients with expert ventilator management and frequent assessmentsPerform and interpret hemodynamic monitoring to guide timely interventionsProvide ECMO support and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on complex casesLead bedside shift report and maintain whiteboard updates to ensure safe handoffsRespond to emergencies with ACLS/BLS protocols and effective CPR when neededDocument patient care accurately in Meditech and maintain clear communication with providersSupport unit goals by floating to other ICUs or PCU when needed and contribute to a positive unit cultureRequirementsMust have2+ years ICU, previousBLSACLSHemodynamic monitoring, ACLS, CPR, Ventilated patients. Post CABG carePreferred Skills/Advanced Skills NeededMeditech experience preferredCVICU experiencePatient Experience Required:Bedside shift report required with updates to white board.
