Program Director

*Program Director – Northwest Arkansas Region* *Alpine Education Services* is seeking an experienced *Program Director* to oversee multiple school-based Out-of-School Time (OST) programs throughout Northwest Arkansas, including Fayetteville, Rogers, Springdale, Bentonville, and surrounding areas. This position provides leadership and operational oversight for multiple sites, ensuring high-quality programming, staff performance, and compliance with *Arkansas DHS/DCCECE licensing requirements* and *Better Beginnings* standards. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations of multiple OST/after-school sites. * Ensure compliance with Arkansas DHS/DCCECE licensing requirements. * Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and evaluate program staff. * Conduct regular site visits and monitor program quality, safety, staffing, and compliance. * Partner with school administrators, families, and community organizations. * Monitor enrollment, attendance, staffing, budgets, timesheets, and required documentation. * Support licensing inspections, corrective action plans, and quality improvement. * Provide leadership and support to Site Directors and Site Coordinators. Qualifications * *Must be 21 years of age or older.* * Bachelor's degree preferred; candidate must meet applicable *Arkansas DCCECE education and experience requirements*. * Minimum *4 years* of leadership experience\*\* in licensed child care, after-school, OST, youth development, or a related setting. * Experience supervising staff; multi-site management preferred. * Knowledge of Arkansas child care licensing requirements preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to travel regularly throughout Northwest Arkansas. Schedule *Full-time | Hybrid | Approximately 50% travel* Morning hours are primarily administrative/remote, with afternoon travel to assigned school sites during program hours.
