Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This short-term placement is ideal for professionals looking to work during the early summer in engaging, collaborative school environments.Qualifications & Experience:Valid Occupational Therapist license in CaliforniaPediatric or school-based OT experience strongly preferredComfortable working across multiple school sitesStrong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to adapt to varying student needs and environmentsKey Responsibilities:Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for studentsDeliver direct therapy—individually and in groups—to support student achievement and functional independenceCollaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate OT strategies into the classroomMaintain accurate records and progress reports in line with educational standardsParticipate in IEP meetings and assist staff with recommendations on sensory, fine motor, and adaptive needsYou'll shape meaningful change while working alongside dedicated educators and families committed to each child's success.
