Job Details Core Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and material handling equipment throughout the facility Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime Support manufacturing and distribution operations across assigned shifts Partner with production teams to identify recurring equipment issues and implement lasting solutions Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and parts usage Operate in full compliance with food safety, GMP, and OSHA standards Respond to emergency breakdowns and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing setting Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot industrial electrical systems including three phase power, control circuits, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and PLCs Welding experience (MIG, TIG, Arc) is a plus Boiler operations experience is a plus Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Strong communication skills and a team first attitude Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift as needed Interested in hearing more?
