The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tsugami Swiss-type lathes and be able to set up, operate, and maintain the machines to ensure optimal performance and production quality. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate Tsugami Swiss CNC machines to manufacture precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine product specifications. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Make necessary adjustments to machine controls to ensure efficient production. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. Monitor machine operations to detect any issues and resolve them promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate Tsugami Swiss CNC machines to manufacture precision parts. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably with specific experience programming Tsugami screw machines. Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings. Strong understanding of CNC programming, G-code. Ability to work independently and make precise adjustments. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. CNC programming skills are a plus. Knowledge of different materials and tooling.
