Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney at our Phoenix, AZ, office. The Litigation Attorney will handle a range of tasks, including managing legal cases, preparing and filing motions, conducting legal research, participating in depositions, representing clients in court, and strategizing for trials. The role requires strong analytical and advocacy skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Law, including legal research and interpretationExperience preparing and filing Motions and other legal documentsFamiliarity with courtroom procedures and experience representing clients in CourtsSkilled in conducting and defending DepositionsTrial preparation and litigation expertiseJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the state of ArizonaExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsDemonstrated commitment to client advocacyPrior experience in immigration law or a related field is a plus
