Responsibilities include:* Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient* Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines* Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders* Review of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits* Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care SupervisorHome Health RN Requirements:* BLS (Basic Life Support)* RN (Registered Nurse) License* Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)* Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing* Required 1 year Registered Nurse* Preferred Bachelor's Nursing* Preferred 1 year Home CareReady to Make a Difference?
