We are a growing, technology-driven firm focused on delivering high-quality work, improving internal processes, and maintaining strong client relationships.About the Role We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant with experience in both tax preparation and review to support our growing tax team.This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable handling more complex tax work, reviewing returns prepared by others, and communicating directly with clients when needed.You will play a key role in supporting the overall quality and accuracy of tax engagements while working closely with internal team members.What You'll Do Tax Preparation & ReviewPrepare and review business and individual tax returns (e.g., 1040, 1065, 1120S)Identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information in returnsEnsure work meets firm standards for accuracy and completenessProvide feedback to preparers to support corrections and improvementsClient CommunicationCommunicate with clients to request information and clarify tax-related matters.Respond to client questions and provide general tax guidanceSupport a positive and professional client experienceTeam & Workflow SupportCollaborate with team members to move work through the pipeline efficientlySupport the timely completion of assigned returnsContribute to maintaining consistency and quality across engagementsQualifications Required5+ years of experience in public accountingExperience preparing and reviewing tax returnsStrong understanding of federal tax complianceAbility to manage assigned work and meet deadlinesComfortable communicating directly with clientsPreferredCPA or EA license, or actively pursuingExperience reviewing work prepared by othersExperience handling more complex tax scenariosFamiliarity with tax software (e.g., CCH, UltraTax, or similar)Work Environment Remote with periodic in-person visits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
