Warehouse Manager

Note: Only candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship will be considered.Warehouse Manager ResponsibilitiesOversee receiving, warehousing, ordering, and distribution operations.Implement operational policies and procedures.Manage and oversee warehouse security operations.Ensure safe and efficient use of warehouse equipment.Maintain a safe working environment for all staff.Hire, train, motivate, direct, and discipline warehouse employees.Maintain documentation and accurate records of warehouse activities.Prioritize tasks effectively and maximize productivity.Delegate responsibilities efficiently.Perform additional duties as needed to support company operations.Requirements & Skills2+ years of warehouse management experience.Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and delegation skills.Knowledge of inventory management and inventory control processes.Valid driver’s license.Ability to operate a forklift effectively.Proficient computer skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.Willingness and aptitude to learn.Ability to work extended hours when required.Benefits & Pay401(k) with employee matchHealth insurance including dental and vision coveragePaid time off accrual
