Role Description The Director of Advisor Success & Practice Management will oversee the support and success of financial advisors within Perigon’s platform in this full-time, remote role. Responsibilities include developing and implementing practice management programs, providing advisors with tailored strategic guidance to optimize their practices, and fostering business growth. This role will also include analyzing business performance metrics, streamlining operational processes for advisors, and promoting the adoption of best practices and innovative tools to enhance client experiences. Collaboration within cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with advisors will be vital. Qualifications Experience in financial advisory operations or practice management, with a strong understanding of operational efficiencies and business performance metricsExceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to provide strategic guidance to advisorsStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsProficiency with financial planning and client management software tools, as well as general proficiency with technologyAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teamsProven track record in driving business growth and operational improvements in the financial advisory, wealth management, or RIA industryBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFP, CIMA, or similar are a plus
