Client Services AssociateWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our dynamic client services team. This individual will be responsible for providing support to advisors and clients in our Chicago office location while collaborating with a dynamic, nationwide Client Services team.This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional service.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional and timely client service and flawless execution on client and prospective client requests, inquiries, and transactions and providing solutions where appropriate.Act as a point of contact for all client interactions, working with internal business partners to ensure a timely and accurate response to all client questions and concerns.Manage account transition and opening process for new and existing clients.Collect and populate account-specific information, organizing executed documentation from clients, researching and resolving issues with missing/incomplete information, security/cash transfers, etc.Manage daily work volumes and transactions accurately across multiple custodians, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures.Research, follow up, and escalate client issues and problems through effective interaction with clients and internal business partners in a timely and professional manner.Effectively collaborating with respective client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions with a common goal of providing exceptional service.Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve firm operational efficiency and fulfill compliance requirements.Deliver effective written and verbal communication to financial advisors, internal departments, and firm leaders.Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your manager and work closely with team members on designated projects.Keep up to date on custodial processes and rules and regulations under compliance.Required ExperiencePrior experience in a client service role at a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)Experience with Fidelity Wealthscape and/or Schwab Advisor Center preferredExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with clients, advisors and internal stakeholdersHighly motivated, proactive self-starter looking for a place to grow your careerStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative and entrepreneurial environment while maintaining a client-first mindset.Role Information Location: Chicago River North, Chicago IllinoisRole Information: Full-Time (Hybrid)Reports to: Managing Director, Client ServicesSalary Range: $70,000 - $80,000, plus annual bonus
