Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsHandson experience on tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, PagerDuty etcExperience on Cloud preferably in Azure or Google CloudAble to drive the cost optimization and shift left initiatives with clear end goal Knowledge of logistics industry will be a plusPrevious experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer with a deep understanding of Production support,on-call rotations, and incident management.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDrive the adoption of SRE methodologies (DevOps, Agile, SLOs) across organization teams to enhance reliabilityDefine and track KPIs and service-level objectives (SLOs) to improve system availability and latencyFacilitate post-mortems, identify root causes, and drive automation of operational toil to prevent problem reoccurringDriving automation to enhance efficiency and prompting culture of continuous learningGeneric Managerial Skills, If anyMust have led large SRE engagement with Onsite/Offshore model with minimum 50+ team size Should have utilized Agile/SAFe methodologies for executionExcellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional teamsExperience leading technical teams in high-paced environments
