Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping electronic components and devices, while ensuring accurate inventory management and proper handling of sensitive materials. Role & Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming electronic products and components for accuracy and damage. Safely and accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment according to company standards. Handle and store electrotonic devices using proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols. Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or barcode scanners. Prepare shipping documents and ensure correct packaging to prevent damage during transit. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Other task as assigned by Supervisor Qualifications: Certification: Forklift Certification or the ability to complete forklift training is plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in facility management or warehousing is a plus. Prior warehouse experience, especially in electronics, preferred. Basic understanding of electronic components and ESD safety practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using inventory management systems or handheld scanners. Forklift certification a plus. Work Environment: Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures. Must wear appropriate PPE and ESD-safe gear when handling sensitive materials.
