OverviewOur Client is seeking a highly capable and hands-on HR professional to oversee the full scope of human resources operations. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution across the organization. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable operating independently, navigating a fast-paced environment, and stepping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & ComplianceOversee and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organizationEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentationUpdate and maintain employee handbook, policies, and job descriptionsRecruitment & OnboardingManage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiringLead onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth employee experienceSupport performance review cycles in partnership with leadershipEmployee RelationsAct as the primary point of contact for employee-related mattersHandle workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolutionPartner with managers to provide guidance on performance and employee issuesConduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadershipPayroll, Benefits & CompensationOversee biweekly payroll processing, including audits, time tracking, and reportingManage benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, COBRA, etc.)Lead open enrollment and employee communicationsAdminister leave programs including FMLA, PTO, and disabilityOversee 401(k) plan administration and contributionsSupport compensation planning, including salary structures and incentive programsHR Administration & OperationsEnsure integrity and accuracy of HR data and reportingCoordinate onboarding logistics including equipment and system accessManage vendor relationships related to HR systems and telecommunicationsSupport day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative needsAssist with contracts, insurance policies, and general business support as neededQualifications7+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or leadership capacityStrong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practicesExperience managing payroll, benefits, and employee relationsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate with a high level of ownershipStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentWhat This Role RequiresA proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approachComfort working closely with leadership and employees across all levelsAbility to balance structure with practical decision-making
