We are looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead and scale our expanding accounting and advisory firm. This individual will act as a strategic business partner to the firm's three Partners while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization.The COO will be responsible for operational leadership across workflow management, team accountability, human resources, staffing coordination, client service processes, technology initiatives, and internal systems.
