We embrace innovation, transparency, sustainability, and lifelong curiosity.What You'll DoDevelop relationships with project teams for effective communication Prepare project deliverables with attention to detailDevelop foundational knowledge of the construction industry, including terminology, roles, and core processesDevelop skills in quality control by assisting with the review of project documents, including formatting, proofreading, and ensuring compliance with PAE’s graphical standardsDevelop ability to facilitate construction administration activities such as distributing and tracking RFIs and submittals. Track deadlines and action itemsAssist with project documentation, meeting setup and deliverablesUtilize tools within the project quality management plan (QMP)Provide support to Senior Project Coordinators as assignedPerform other duties as assignedWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experienceExperience in an administrative role ideally with an engineering firm or other subcontractor preferred Team playerReliable and flexible in style of work and able to maintain a positive attitudeStrong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and switch between tasksPower user of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Database ProgramsWhat We Offer Hiring Base Salary Range: $52,400-$62,500 annualThis position is eligible for time and a half overtime payThe base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs.
