Account Manager (UTL)

Job Description The Account Manager builds and strengthens customer relationships by securing leasing and sales opportunities for semi-trailers and equipment. You serve as the lead point of contact for customer accounts, drive new business, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.Location: Blaine, MNSalary Range:$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually + Commission (commensurate with experience)Why work for us?Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and more!FREE online healthcare and mental healthcare upon hire401(k) – with match!6 paid Holidays + 3 Floating HolidaysAccrued Paid Time Off from date of hireCompany paid Life Insurance with buy-up availableUncapped Commission Earning OpportunityPromotion from within and long-term career growth opportunitiesWhat does this job look like daily?Act as the primary contact for all customer account management mattersDevelop and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsConduct outbound marketing efforts including cold calling, mass mailing, and prospectingAttend industry trade shows to generate leadsTravel to meet with existing and potential customers face-to-faceMaintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales activityStrategically negotiate to secure new and renewal salesCommunicate ongoing initiatives and key account metrics to managementAssist customers in establishing commercial credit accountsSecure long-term leasing agreements and facilitate equipment salesMeet or exceed established sales goalsDemonstrate thorough product knowledge and industry expertiseManage accounts aging within 30 of payment termsMonitor and respond to industry trendsKnowledge and Skill to be Successful:3+ years of outside sales and/or account management experience (5+ years preferred).2+ years of commercial truck and trailer leasing experienceDegree or certificate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor&#39;s preferred).Valid driver&#39;s license for travel to customer locations.Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Contact Management Systems.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain relationships with existing customers while finding new ones.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Understanding of equipment, trucks, and consumer behavior.About the roleThe salary grade for this position ranges from $67,067.90 - $95,221.20 annually.
