OverviewThe Associate of Customer Experience (Help Desk Agent – Level 1) provides professional, courteous, and timely support to marketers and dealers. This role supports network connectivity and credit card acceptance, fuel allocation supply management, and extranet systems. The position requires 24/7 availability and the ability to deliver accurate technical and customer support across multiple channels.What You’ll DoRespond to customer inquiries via phone, chat/IM, online portals, and emailTroubleshoot and resolve credit card processing issuesSupport Point‑of‑Sale (POS) hardware, software, and network connectivity issuesFacilitate fuel supply requests in alignment with Customer Supply Management (CSM) guidelinesAssist with retrieval requests, chargebacks, batch totals, and reconciliation activitiesSupport extranet systems and maintain required documentation, performance metrics, and technical proficiencyWhat You’ll BringHigh School Diploma or GED and legal authorization to work in the country of employmentWillingness and ability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights1+ year of Help Desk or technical support experience (preferred)Familiarity with POS/EPOS systems, credit card processing, or related technologiesIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and troubleshooting of hardware/network issuesStrong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skillsTop performers are fast learners, strong team players, and committed to accuracy and inclusiveness.📍 Location: Bartlesville, OK - Onsite💵 Pay: $19/hr📩 Apply now to take the next step in your career!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
