This is a full-cycle role where you'll define and iterate our sales motion, shape the playbook future hires will run, and feed customer insights directly into product and engineering.• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and renewal• Generate pipeline from ICP accounts via value-driven outbounding - cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and multi-threaded campaigns• Run discovery, lead product demos, navigate procurement, and negotiate commercial terms• Build the GTM playbook alongside the Head of Sales - sequences, scripts, ICP definition, objection handling, and pricing• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive ROI and net-revenue retention• Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsWhat we're looking for• SaaS sales experience, ideally at a high-growth startup, with a track record of consistently beating quota• Highly motivated individuals with ambition to grow into a leadership role quickly• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus• Experience in the short-term rental or hospitality space is a bonus but not requiredPersonal Characteristics• Entrepreneurial with a high level of energy, dedication, and an unrelenting drive to succeed and winThis is a sales job.
