Assembler
We are looking for Production Associates to join our growing team! You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product, pick, pack, or label boxes. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with precision. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings and follow them with precision is extremely important.ResponsibilitiesRead and comprehend instructions and follow established proceduresCollect all material and equipment needed to begin the processTake precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of componentsSelect or modify components according to measurements and specificationsAlign material and put together parts to build more complex unitsCheck output to ensure highest qualityMaintain equipment in good conditionKeep records of production quantities and timeReport on issues, malfunction or defective partsLabelPackSkillsProven experience as assembler, or packerAbility in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses)Good understanding of quality control principlesGood communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical conditionHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to Speak, Read and understand English PreferredWork EnvironmentAbility to work in temperature conditions between 45 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit; may occasionally exceed 95 degrees Fahrenheit.ManufacturePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSRegularly required to stand; use hands and fingers in a repetitive motion. Frequently required to stand, walk and reach above the head. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl and talk or hear.
