Nocturnist Physician

Great opportunity for a Nocturnist physician to join a well-respected healthcare facility in Northeastern CT about 1hr from Hartford. Board Certified Family Practice (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician Full-time, 12-hour shifts 7p-7a Alternation -hour shifts one month and -hour shifts the next month No block scheduling; approximately 20-21 shifts per month Typically see approx. 18+ patients It will be a mix of rounding and admissions Will be seeing ages 16+ Open ICU - Hospitalists admit patients to the ICU No procedures are required Will attend to codes and rapid response to the floor but not to the ED The facility has Cardiology, GI, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Urology on Call.
