BMS / EPMS Application Engineer

Job Title: REMOTE BMS / EPMS Application Engineer With Occasional Travel to Austin, TX!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled BMS / EPMS Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will configure and manage BMS / EPMS applications, ensuring seamless integration of power and cooling systems into monitoring platforms. This role requires supporting commissioning activities and system validation while working across multiple platforms.Responsibilities+ Configure and manage BMS / EPMS applications.+ Integrate power and cooling systems into monitoring platforms.+ Support commissioning activities and system validation processes.+ Collaborate across platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, and Trane.Essential Skills+ 8-10 years of controls experience.+ Experience with BMS or EPMS systems.+ Proficiency in programming.+ Familiarity with industrial protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and OPC.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Experience in data center infrastructure is advantageous.+ Exposure to CDU / thermal management systems is preferred.+ Open to candidates with oil and gas experience.Work EnvironmentThis position is fully remote, with a requirement to travel to Austin, Texas approximately 20% of the time. Mileage for travel will be covered, and candidates must reside in Texas.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
