Part-time Loader Operator

***To apply, email your current resume to MidValleyBusinessReps@employ.oregon.gov. {Please include job title and listing ID 4460771 in the subject line of your email.}Minimum Requirements:- At least eighteen (18) years old- Valid driver's license to operate company vehicle- No experience necessary, the employer will provide trainingEmployer Notes:- Employer conducts a drug test before the first day of employment, the test does screen for marijuana- Employer will teach safe function and forklift operation- Successful candidates will have good depth perception- Work outdoors in all weather conditionsJob Duties:- Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently to load customers and company vehicles with bulk landscaping products- Climb in and out multiple times a day- Communicate clearly with handheld radio- Maintenance and fueling of equipment- Keep the bulk yard clean and free of debris- Assist with ordering products- Use the loader for mixing of proprietary products for customers to purchase or upon request- Regularly lift up to 100 pounds without assistance while filling and loading bags of bulk products into vehicles- Occasionally answer questions for customers in the bulk yard- This position also will seasonally help with nursery projects, facility maintenance, and stocking products in other areas of the facility- Any other duties as assignedPay - Benefits:- $20.00 per hour- Twenty-four (24) to twenty-six (26) hours per week March through October- Paid vacation is available 90 days after start, retirement plan after one (1) year
