Job Title: Program Manager (React & Python)Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)Pay rate: $50/hr Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong technical expertise in React.js and Python to lead enterprise application development initiatives. The role involves working closely with onsite client stakeholders in Santa Clara and coordinating offshore engineering teams in India to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead Agile project delivery, sprint planning, and release managementAct as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore teamsProvide technical leadership in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, REST APIs, and microservicesManage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery governanceCollaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teamsDrive architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical estimationsEnsure seamless onsite-offshore coordination and stakeholder communicationRequired Skills:Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PythonExperience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practicesExcellent client-facing communication and leadership skillsExperience managing distributed/global teams
