As part of the Service Center Business Operations team, you will be an integral part of accomplishing Covered California’s mission and main goals.How You’ll Make an Impact –As the Bilingual Business Operations Service Center Representative, you will be responsible for directly assisting consumers with enrollment into health coverage. You will be able to gain experience working with various information systems, as well as improve upon existing Microsoft Office skills. If you are looking for an opportunity where you can directly help consumers, submit your application today!Bilingual Positions: Must be fluent in the following language to be appointed to this position: Spanish.Call Center Pay Differential: If selected, incumbents will be compensated an additional $150 per month.Bilingual Pay Differential: If selected, incumbents will have to pass a fluency exam.
