Minimum of 1 year of forklift operation experience Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Proficiency in operating sit-down, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts Ability to lift 50+ lbs and thrive in a physically demanding setting Strong attention to detail and reliability Capacity to keep accurate records of inventory movements and warehouse transactions Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS/YMS) Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Basic mechanical skills for routine equipment maintenance High school diploma or GED preferred Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous Must adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties as needed
