US CITIZENS OR PERMANENT RESIDENT TO APPLY ONLY)Location: Doral, FL (Hybrid – travel between local centers and corporate HQ required) (NO RELOCATION)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Business AI Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise-wide operational and strategic initiatives through advanced analytics, AI-driven solutions, and business intelligence tools in the healthcare/medical field. This role will partner closely with executive leadership, operations, finance, HR, sales, legal, and other business units to identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, cost reduction, and improved decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working within healthcare or medical organizations and possess strong expertise in AI platforms, business intelligence, data warehousing, and enterprise analytics environments.This is a highly visible role reporting into executive leadership and will require a strong onsite presence across South Florida locations.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience working in a healthcare, medical, or managed care environmentStrong working knowledge of:Claude AI and Microsoft CopilotSnowflakeBusiness Intelligence and AI technologiesData warehousing concepts and reporting environmentsExperience partnering with multiple business functions including:Operations | HR | Finance | Sales | Legal | Executive leadershipStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skillsExperience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholdersAbility to interpret complex data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong understanding of data governance, data quality, and confidentiality standardsExcellent organizational and communication skillsMust reside in South Florida and be comfortable traveling between client local Medical locationsExperience with healthcare operational analytics, population health, claims, EMR/EHR, or managed care reportingExperience implementing AI-driven workflow automation or business process optimization initiativesKnowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting toolsExperience supporting executive-level strategic planning initiativesBackground in business process analysis and continuous improvement methodologiesKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze operational, financial, and organizational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement and cost savingsCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Compliance, and executive leadership teams to support business initiatives and strategic decision-makingUtilize AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, business analysis, and operational efficiencyDevelop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive summaries using business intelligence and analytics toolsSupport enterprise data warehousing initiatives and maintain data integrity across systems and reporting environmentsWork within Snowflake and other enterprise data environments to extract, transform, analyze, and present data insightsAssist with requirements gathering, process mapping, and business needs analysis for new analytics and AI-driven initiativesRecommend and implement scalable BI and AI solutions that enhance business operations and user experienceCreate and maintain documentation related to data processes, reporting standards, governance, and analytics workflowsEvaluate new BI and AI technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems and reporting capabilitiesHandle sensitive and confidential business information with a high degree of professionalism and discretionSupport leadership with ad hoc reporting, forecasting, operational analysis, and strategic initiativesWork EnvironmentBase location - Doral, FLMinimal travel distance required between centers and corporate offices in South FloridaFast-paced, highly collaborative environment with direct exposure to executive leadership
