Job Description A civil engineering firm located in multiple locations is seeking a Lead Civil Site Development Project Manager for their Louisville office!Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Responsibilities:Plan/coordinate technical aspects of civil site engineering projectsPrimary clients, project team consultants, and contractors contactLead the general design of site, utility and grading improvementsHandle all aspects of a project (management/design, field work, construction administration)Handle layout and detail for a variety of site improvement projectsDesign sustainable site improvements (bioretention basins, pervious payments, bioswales)Design and draft project improvements with AutoCADIdentify/troubleshoot potential construction issues before contractor bidMentor/train junior staffDevelop site engineering plans, reports, and specificationsBuild/maintain client relationshipsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering7+ years of experiencePE LicenseProficient in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3DKnowledge of civil site-related technical design in land/site developmentStrong site development project design skillsStrong project management/leadership skillsSalary is commensurate with experience.Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to protected veteran status, disability, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. xaygatp Please contact Laura Harrison for further information!
