Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Painter located in Greater Houston. The Industrial Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, applying coatings using appropriate techniques, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance. The role involves adhering to safety protocols, inspecting work for quality, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. Additional responsibilities include handling and disposing of materials safely and ensuring a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Proficiency in industrial painting techniques including spray painting, brush application, and surface preparationKnowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous materialsAbility to operate painting and coating equipment, as well as conduct routine maintenanceStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workCapability to read and comprehend technical documents, blueprints, and work ordersStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and communicate professionallyHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in industrial painting is a plusPrevious experience in industrial or commercial painting is highly desirable
