Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Landscape Assistant based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Landscape Assistant will assist with daily landscape maintenance tasks, such as planting, weeding, and trimming, along with supporting the team in executing landscape designs. Responsibilities include operating equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining work areas, and delivering excellent customer service to clients. Qualifications Skills in planting, pruning, trimming, and other general landscaping techniquesFamiliarity with and ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipmentBasic knowledge of soil, plants, and irrigation systemsAbility to follow instructions, manage time efficiently, and work as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide great customer servicePhysical stamina to complete outdoor tasks in various weather conditionsExperience in commercial or residential landscaping is a plusA valid driver's license is preferred
