We’re building a company we’re proud of, one five-star visit at a time.Your ImpactLead residential HVAC service and repair calls, from straightforward fixes to complex, no-heat/no-cool challenges.Diagnose issues across furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers — then present honest, clear options: repair vs. replace, financing, and service agreements.Prevent callbacks by spotting early warning signs and addressing root causes.Communicate like a pro at the kitchen table — educate, don’t pressure — and create customers who ask for you by name.Own your performance metrics and hit revenue and service goals with pride.What You’ll BringProven residential HVAC troubleshooting skills — you’ve run real calls in real homes.Comfort with technology: ServiceTitan, iPads, and digital invoicing.Knowledge of safety protocols and local codes.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Fluency in English and a customer-first mindset.Compensation & BenefitsBase pay: $25–$50/hr depending on experience.Upside: Uncapped performance bonuses — top performers earn $100,000–$200,000+ total compensation.Health & Dental: Company-paid with deductibles covered.401(k): Available for full-time team members.Take-home truck: Gas card included; dispatch from home to skip the commute.On-call rotation you can live with: About once every 12–14 weeks.Consistent workflow: While hours can’t be guaranteed, our aggressive local marketing keeps calendars full.Real advancement: We promote from within — always have.Where You’ll ThriveJoin a tight-knit team that backs each other up and celebrates wins.
