Project Engineer

Krazan & Associates, Inc. is a full-service engineering firm with offices across the West Coast. We are seeking an entry-level Geologist/ Engineer to join our team in Clovis, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in geology or civil engineering to start their career in Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Testing & Inspection. We are looking for someone eager to learn, committed to professional growth, and motivated to contribute to meaningful fieldwork and project support Key Responsibilities: Conduct geological site investigations and provide detailed reports Assess geological hazards and provide foundation recommendations for engineering designs Perform field mapping, subsurface exploration and lab analysis of soil samples. Develop erosion control plans and advise on environmental impact considerations Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Qualifications: Education: BS in Geology, Engineering Geology or Civil Engineering Certification: EIT certification in CA preferred, or willingness to obtain Skills: Strong interest in California geology, seismic risk assessment, and environmental regulations. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
