Chart Retrieval Specialist

As a Chart Retrieval Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare clients by collecting and securely submitting medical records used for compliance, auditing, and review processes.Responsibilities:+ Perform hands-on fieldwork by traveling to healthcare provider offices within a 40-mile radius to retrieve medical records.+ Collect paper and electronic medical charts from provider locations on behalf of healthcare clients.+ Upload retrieved medical records into a secure digital system for processing and review.+ Ensure all retrieved documentation is accurate, complete, and handled in compliance with privacy regulations.+ Maintain a professional relationship with provider offices.Requirements- High School diploma or GED- A valid driver's license- Insurance/liability policy in the team member's name- Reliable and secure internet with the ability to download 50 Mbps and upload 5 Mbps- Meticulous attention to detail- Strong interpersonal skills- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm availability: Your schedule could include working three or more consecutive days depending on the project- Basic navigational knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) applications such as (but not limited to) Epic, Allscripts, e-Clinical Works, Nextgen, etc., is a plusTalentMatchRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
