Job Title: Forklift Operator (Sit-Down / Counterbalance)Location: Morganton, NCSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for safely operating sit-down, counterbalance, and split fork forklifts powered by liquid propane (LP) to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and has a strong background in material handling.Key Responsibilities:Operate sit-down, counterbalance, and split fork (LP) forklifts safely and efficientlyLoad and unload materials from trucks and move product throughout the warehouseStage, stack, and organize inventory in designated areasPerform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issuesFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresAssist with general warehouse duties as neededQualifications:Minimum of 4 years of forklift operating experience requiredExperience with sit-down, counterbalance, and split fork equipment (LP preferred)Strong attention to safety and detailAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicWork Environment:Warehouse setting with frequent forklift operationAbility to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
