Robotics Applications Customer Engineer

Overview In this role you act as the primary technical partner for a portfolio of Tutor robot deployments, ensuring operational and technical success across sites. You diagnose issues spanning software, hardware, and processes, and collaborate with engineering to implement improvements. The role blends technical credibility with strong customer relationships, spending time on-site and guiding customers’ engineering and operations teams. You also translate field feedback into product insights to help shape the roadmap and support growth with account teams. This is a hands-on, field-focused position at the intersection of robotics, operations, and customer partnership.
