This role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving inquiries with a onecall resolution mindset, and identifying member financial needs to make appropriate product or service referrals. Working under close supervision, the MA I assists with transactions, addresses account questions, documents interactions thoroughly, and maintains compliance with all policies and regulations.
