Emergency medicine physician needed (will consider FP trained with ED experience) In beautiful eastern Oregon a Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital is seeking a MD or DO for a permanent physician opening. This is an opportunity to join a progressive rural health care organization and work with an experienced medical staff.Come join an incredibly dedicated and dynamic team of medical providers and caregivers while experiencing the great outdoors! 8, 24 hour shifts per month including one weekend 3 bed ED No ICU 2 OB suites 8 full-time providers including 6 FP?s and 2 NP?s Small critical access hospital Level IV trauma center Opportunity: Emergency Physician (Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine) ? 8 twenty four hour shifts per month ? Call coverage on weekend (at least one weekend a month) ? 13 to 16 patients in 24/hr period on average ? Compensation depending on experience $315k plus ? Signing bonus $25,000 ? Moving assistance $10,000 Requirement: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine ? Will possess or be willing to obtain current Oregon licensure, board certification, BLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS certifications ? Emergency Room experience is a requirement ?
