Our mission is to set the standard for glass manufacturing while driving long-term value for our clients and partners.As part of the Arc Group, you’ll join a company where craftsmanship meets innovation and where your work has a global impact.Position Summary:The Junior Account Manager – Candle Segment supports the growth of the candle business across North America by managing day-to-day customer activity, developing new prospects, and supporting execution of key projects. This role focuses on pipeline development, customer support, and commercial execution, working closely with the Candle Segment Leader and cross-functional teams. This position reports to thenational Sales Manager - Candle Segment Leader in the B2B Division.
